Double-wing reference configurations
These dimensions support early project planning. Room arrangements, openings, wet areas and service interfaces are configured against the final project brief.

Reference construction package
The following items establish a starting point for technical review. Project-specific selections are recorded before quotation and production.
Galvanized steel main frame with folding side-wing frames. Member sizes and connection details are confirmed by model and project scope.
The current reference specification uses 65 mm EPS composite wall panels and 50 mm EPS roof insulation. Alternatives can be reviewed for the destination and application.
An 18 mm magnesium oxide floor board is included in the reference build-up, with the final floor finish selected for the intended use.
EU, US, AU and CN socket formats are available in the reference range. Project voltage, frequency, phase and local compliance requirements must be confirmed.
Integrated bathrooms, façade panels, gable roofs, terraces and access components can be reviewed where applicable to the selected model.
Utility connections, foundations, lifting, installation responsibility and local approvals are defined in the commercial and technical proposal.
